Why is AUTO M8 in stealth?
We are building quietly: research, packs, and a waitlist storefront. No public launch noise, no paid ads, and no cold outreach in this phase. If you found the site, you can browse packs and leave an email.
How do you handle data?
Pack files are templates and fictional fixtures. Real customer, tenant, or client personal data should stay in the shop’s existing private systems — never in shared template folders or public repos. Waitlist emails are used only to notify you about pack availability. Do not paste secrets, passwords, or live customer records into demos.
What can these software agents do?
Draft and structure work: qualify leads, triage inboxes, acknowledge maintenance requests, sort bookkeeping mail, and turn messy notes into client updates. They produce labeled DRAFT messages, scorecards, and handoff notes so a human can move faster. Hermes (the xAI backend worker) does the heavy one-shot work; Grok Bot is an optional chat front door; Cursor cloud agent briefs cover wiring.
What can these software agents not do?
They must not invent listings, prices, balances, estimated times of arrival, or legal advice. They must not move money, change bank details, auto-send messages, or pretend to be a licensed professional. Life-safety, fraud, wire-change, and legal threads escalate to a human.
Is human approval required?
Yes. Every pack is built around a hard approval gate: drafts are fine; silent auto-send is off by default. A person reviews and approves the exact text before anything goes to a customer, tenant, vendor, or client. The same gate covers spend, merge, and public posts — a human still clicks those.
Why named jobs instead of one mega-assistant?
Each bot has one obvious job (lead desk, inbox desk, maintenance desk). A coordinator routes work; specialists do the grind. The coordinator does not do the specialist’s job. Overnight, if nothing is new, the worker stays quiet. Shared computers are not a security boundary: bots on one account share logins, so keep secrets out of chats.
How does the waitlist work?
Leave your email on a pack page or the home page. We notify you when paid downloads or done-with-you setup opens. Until then, free Draft zip downloads are available on each template detail page — labeled Draft, not a finished paid product.
What is in a Draft zip?
A README, standing guardrails, an EDGE-CASES refusal playbook, Hermes role prompt plus sample one-shot and sample output, optional Grok Bot personality plus starter prompt, a Cursor cloud agent launch brief, a teach/install checklist (about 90 minutes with a human), and a sample transcript.
