This Privacy Policy explains how AUTOM8 ("we," "us") collects and uses information on https://www.autom8.tools and https://autom8.tools.
Information we collect
- Waitlist / contact email you submit, and the time/source of signup.
- Purchase and payment data when checkout is live (processed by Stripe; we receive limited billing metadata such as email, amount, and transaction IDs — not full card numbers).
- Basic technical data standard for operating a website (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referrer). We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
- Messages you send to support.
We do not ask you to upload your customers' personal data to the Site. Pack files use fictional fixtures. Keep real client/tenant data in your own systems.
Cookies and similar technology
We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to operate the Site (for example, security, load balancing, or remembering basic preferences). We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may break parts of the Site.
How we use information
- Operate the Site and deliver downloads.
- Notify waitlist subscribers when paid packs, checkout, or booking opens.
- Process payments and prevent fraud (including via Stripe when checkout is live).
- Respond to support requests.
- Meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only with processors who help us run the business (for example Stripe for payments; email delivery infrastructure; hosting such as Vercel), under obligations to protect the data, or when required by law.
Retention
Waitlist emails: until you ask to be removed or we shut down that list. Transaction records: as required for tax, accounting, and dispute handling. Support emails: as needed to resolve your request.
Your choices
Email support@autom8.tools to request access, correction, or deletion of waitlist/support data we control, or to unsubscribe from waitlist mail. We may retain information as required by law or for legitimate business records (e.g., completed purchases).
Children
The Site is directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
International
The Site is operated from the United States (Texas). If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the U.S.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with an updated date.
