These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to https://www.autom8.tools and https://autom8.tools (the "Site") and your purchase of digital products and services from AUTOM8 ("AUTOM8," "we," "us"). By using the Site, joining the waitlist, downloading materials, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The customer-facing seller name is AUTOM8. Payments (when live) are processed by Stripe. Statement descriptor: AUTOM8. Contact: support@autom8.tools (or the address listed on the Seller Information page).
2. Products
AUTOM8 sells digital template packs and related materials (downloadable files, prompts, checklists, and documentation) and may offer done-with-you setup services. Packs are tooling aids and starting points for you to adapt. They are not legal, tax, real-estate, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. They do not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
3. License
Subject to these Terms and full payment (where required), AUTOM8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use purchased pack files for your internal business operations. You may not resell, republish, share outside your organization, reverse-engineer for competing products, or remove proprietary notices. AUTOM8 retains all intellectual property rights in the packs and Site. Free "Draft" downloads are provided as-is for evaluation only and may differ from paid releases.
4. Human approval and your responsibility
Packs are designed so that outbound messages, spends, bookings, and other commitments require a human approval gate. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs, complying with law (including fair housing, privacy, advertising, and professional licensing rules), and configuring your tools safely. AUTOM8 does not send messages, move money, or act as your agent.
5. Purchases and billing
Prices shown on the Site before checkout is live are display-only. When checkout is enabled, you authorize Stripe to charge the listed price for the pack or service you select (for example, digital packs such as General Inbox Triage). Taxes may apply. You represent that payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use them.
6. Refunds
Digital packs: see the Refund Policy. In short, sales are final after download or access is provided, except where required by law or AUTOM8 agrees in writing (for example, a proven duplicate charge).
7. No warranties
THE SITE, PACKS, DRAFT DOWNLOADS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AUTOM8 does not warrant that packs will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce any particular business result.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOM8 AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. AUTOM8'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE OR A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AUTOM8 FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, AUTOM8's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify AUTOM8 against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of packs or the Site, your content or customer data, your failure to use human approval gates, or your violation of law or these Terms.

11. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site (scanning, scraping beyond normal browsing, attempting unauthorized access, uploading malware, or using packs for unlawful discrimination or fraud).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid offerings may also be called out at checkout.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
