This Refund Policy applies to purchases from AUTOM8. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Digital template packs
Packs are delivered as downloadable digital files (or equivalent access) after payment.
All sales are final once download or access has been provided. AUTOM8 does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or chargeback concessions for change of mind, fit, skill level, tool compatibility, business results, or similar reasons.
Exceptions (only):
- Where a refund is required by applicable law; or
- A proven duplicate charge for the same order; or
- AUTOM8 agrees in writing before or after purchase.
If you believe an exception applies, email support@autom8.tools within seven (7) days of the charge with your order/receipt details. AUTOM8 may require reasonable proof. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Free Draft downloads
Free Draft zips on waitlist packs are complimentary evaluation materials. No payment means no refund. General Inbox Triage does not include a Free Draft of the paid zip — that download is only after a successful Stripe payment.
Done-with-you / services
Fees for work already scheduled or performed are non-refundable. Any different terms must be in a written statement of work signed or expressly accepted by AUTOM8.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting AUTOM8 may result in suspension of access and dispute of the claim with supporting delivery records.
